After a new breakthrough of its first soil compactor delivery to overseas customers in Algeria on June, Shandong SEM Machinery Co., Ltd. (SEM) delivered four soil compactors, two SEM8218 and two SEM8220, to Mongolia on June 16.
Since its first introduction in early 2010, SEM sold more than 450 units to the customers across China and obtained high reputation for performance, quality and reliability. The professional product support the company provided helped win a large amount of customers despite the intense competition. The first export to Mongolia again proved the company’s continuing efforts to deploy the overseas market strategy to expand presence of SEM's product lineup in the fast-growing global markets.
 
Targeting long-distance delivery with larger volume and lower cost, SEM shipped the machines by rail for the first time with the joint efforts of local transport authority and company, which marked another milestone in the product transportation practice. The addition of new transport system helps lay a better foundation for SEM product exports in the future.
